Beautiful Deck for a Beautiful View in Brunswick Maryland
This iconic project garners a great deal of attention since it is the first house on Hope Farm Court in the Brunswick Crossing development in Brunswick Md.
Since our clients have such a nice view from the family room we lowered the deck 2 steps from the door, this allowed us to drop the railings below the window and eliminating any obstructions.
The deck was built using Fiberon Composite Gray Birch decking attached with manufacturer approved self spacing hidden fasteners. Then we incorporated a double picture frame border using Fiberon Composite decking Symmetry Graphite.
Our clients opted to use Capital Railing Brand Monument Vinyl White Lincoln Rails with Black round aluminum balusters. *note* the black round balusters tend to disappear from view.
These rails have an aluminum reinforcement channel in both the top and bottom for additional strength and support.
The decision was also made to upgrade to the nicer looking white vinyl 6x6 rail post sleeves which also allowed us to add a gorgeous and highly functional Graphite Cocktail Rail (deck board rail cap) on top.
With our design assistance we worked with Mike from Through the Garden to ensure the patio was a great compliment to the deck. They did a fantastic job.
