We used the Timber tech Black Radiance Rail and install a matching custom arched top gate at the top of the stair case. The over sized landing at the bottom also serves as a seating area and flows into the back yard. - Olney, MD.

Azek Brownstone decking (laid in a Herringbone basket weave pattern) and matching fascia with Timbertech Black Radiance Rail. The deck design accentuates the architecture of the home by mirroring the Bay Door bum pout, and creating some additional space. We also added some low voltage lighting to the staircase. - Clarksburg, MD.

"We are extremely pleased with our deck. Form and function. It is much sturdier than most decks we’ve seen. And the design— wrought iron spokes and a railing to match the deck material— is new but classic. So glad we did not order the builder deck which was much less value for the money. Brendan was a pleasure to work with and was committed to our being happy with the finished product. And we are. In a previous house, we replaced the original deck with a composite one in 2001, and it still looks new almost twenty years later. We’d never build a treated wood deck again. They just look worse with time. This is the way to go." - Patrica
