900 Square Foot Resurfaced Deck in Middletown Maryland
This 900 square foot ground level Monarch Deck in Middletown Maryland was in such disrepair that it was beyond use and had become nothing more than a disappointing eyesore.
With the assistance of our friends John Scarborough at Fiberon Composite Decking and Paul and Jonathan Fence and Deck Direct we were able to bring this families dream deck back from a nightmare.
The client took care of tearing out the old material and prepping the framework for the new decking and railing. Upon inspection the framing was still in excellent condition.
As a group effort we put Humpty Dumpty back together again and turned this ugly duckling into a beautiful swan that is now the most gorgeous outdoor living space in the neighborhood.
Material used: Fiberon Bungalow Decking with Chestnut border. Capital Railing - Aluminum and Vinyl Solutions Monument Vinyl Lincoln rail with black round balusters and a Chestnut Cocktail rail This Fiberon Composite Decking Bungalow Deck with Chestnut borders, transitions, stair treads and cocktail rails just won a National Award at the NADRARocks awards banquet in Louisville Kentucky in November 2019.

"Couldn’t be more pleased with the beautiful addition to our home! Brendan and crew really knocked this one out of the park. This team worked incredibly hard in BRUTAL temps on this project and the end result is breathtaking. Truly exceeds expectations. Cannot wait to enjoy the remainder of the summer and fall in our new outdoor space!" - Molly
