This 750 square foot Fiberon Ipe Composite deck with single Chestnut border was a resurface project we performed on Oriole Dr. In Hagerstown Md. Because the existing floor joists were set at 16 inches we needed to run all straight decking patterns. In order to eliminate any unsightly butt joints we installed Chestnut transitions boards. Finished the deck with 6X6 white rail posts, white vinyl rails with black round balusters, Chestnut deck board rail caps, and wrapped the old deck frame with white PVC fascia.
