560 Square Foot Upper Level Town Home Composite Deck

560 square foot upper level Fiberon Composite deck with wrap around landing and 3 sets of steps in Frederick Maryland. This deck features a Herringbone Basket weave board pattern using Fiberon Ipe Composite Decking. We installed a Chestnut Double picture frame border. White vinyl 6X6 rail post sleeves, white vinyl rail with black round balusters, deck board rail cap. We also used Submersion rated 6x6 support posts that were wrapped in white vinyl sleeves. To cut down on the number of support posts we used an over-sized laminate beam and wrapped it in white pvc.
