This custom deck in the Woodridge section of Lake Linganore in New Market MD features Fiberon Cabin brown decking with an Espresso single picture frame border.

We created a customized grill nook off one side.

This deck has a nice 24 foot long trellis with built in curtain rods to hold outdoor style curtains, can double as a plant basket holder and the client intends to string party lights along the top.

Speaking of lights, this deck has over 50 low Voltage LED light's in the post caps, stair risers, in the deck surface and along the outside fascia. Really makes this a focal point of the neighborhood.

Check out the recessed lights along the inside of the railing, by the door and along the house.

We used our signature 6x6 rail post sleeves along with a full width deck board rail cap aka "Cocktail Rail" on top.
