500 Square Foot Mid Level Composite Deck with Chestnut Border and LED lights

We built this 500 square foot mid level Fiberon Ipe composite deck with Chestnut border, stair treads and rail caps In the new Landsdowne development of Monrovia MD. Deck features custom rails using Tan 6x6 post sleeves, Tan Monument Vinyl Lincoln rail with black round balusters and a deck board rail cap. We also installed tan fascia, stair trim and lattice. There is an LED light on all post sleeves (except corners), and for an extra bit of classic detail, one between each post on the outside of the deck.
