This was an old 450 square foot treated deck in the Spring Ridge Development of Frederick Maryland that was in terrible condition. The clients met us at the Frederick Home show. It was decided that since the existing floor joists were set at 16 inches we would need to lay the new Fiberon Good Life Villa Composite decking in a straight pattern with Chestnut transition boards. We also installed a Chestnut picture frame border. Relocated the stair case. We special ordered white vinyl rails that had the black round balusters spaced an inch closer together because of the families small Yorkie Terriers. We added new white lattice below and wrapped the old frame in white PVC fascia. Deck looks brand new.
