Award Winning 800 Square Foot Fiberon Composite Deck in Frederick MD
This was an 800 square Fiberon Warm Sienna Composite deck with Burnt Umber heat formed and curved double picture frame border and inlays that we built in Frederick Maryland. The deck was framed for the future installation of a screen porch and some under deck drain system. We used special beams that enabled us to cut down on the number of support posts for when the client adds their patio in the coming years. This deck had its support posts and beams wrapped in white PVC for a more complete finish. The black round balusters really open up the woodland view and the Cocktail Rail (deck board rail cap) make these beautiful rails even more functional. This Deck won the 2018 FCBIA Award for the Best Outdoor Living Space for a project in the $40-50,000.00 range.
